AL AIN RACEWAY INTERNATIONAL KART CIRCUIT

After 2 days of practice and qualifying – and after a brief warm up for each class today – the racing has finally begun! The first field was half of the Junior MAX class, and the racing got off with a bang, literally. A first corner melee resulted in one driver flipping over and receiving medical attention. Thankfully he was ok and the racing resumed with all the thrills and spills that one would expect in an event such as this. The Seniors also put on a good show as did the DD2 Masters. The DD2 class also gave the officials something to watch but by and large is was a successful day.
